I'm about to embark on the journey that is the painful Act Three of ye olde screenplaye, and it will be fine. Because I have company.
(Not shown is the vintage Jabba the Hutt.)
I dug them out... well, I forget why I dug them out. I think it had something to do with C3-PO. Which might've had something to do with screenplays. Random fact: The Empire Strikes Back was written (well, the first draft) by an awesome woman, Leigh Brackett, who also wrote (amongst others) the screenplay to one of my favorite discursive movies, Hatari!.
And yes, you see a puzzle in the background. It's my new thing. The holidays brought about a rash of puzzle-doing and Lego-building in my family, and as Legos are mighty expensive and kind of take up more space, I've taken up this, uh, time-honored... hobby. To do when I need a break from all work, but still need to feel like I'm completing something.
I'm totally asking for vintage Springbok puzzles for Christmas. Preferably with images of candy and fast food. Or Shirt Tails. Because I'm apparently both geriatric and kindergartner.
(And I have to post this, because a) it's cute and b) IT'S NOT A PUPPY. It's a very aged pug. Whatever...)
