I like the summer look of bronzy-orange cheeks and pinky-pink lips. I don't know why. It just looks cool to me. I also bought some old-school Merle Norman "Warm" cream blush awhile back (partly out of obsession, partly out of research), and thought I would try it out again. I didn't dislike it before, but winter skin tends to make all makeup look bad to me, because I am so highly dissatisfied with my FACE.
The color combo inspired me to wear this:
A dress that I would swear is a nightgown (same fabric) but it has a zipper. Pajamas shouldn't have zippers. And it's not sheer. So who knows. Note: scarf, which I just tied like a bandana and tucked in the front (dress shows more skin than I'm used to and I wanted to avoid that). Dress: $3. Scarf: $1.
(And why am I clutching the front? So you can see my shoes. Can you see my shoes? No. Fail. :)
